Loved the place. Heated pools (small), very clean rooms. Great service. I'd say it is a good place for small groups. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Will definitely come back if I can in the future.

Really good place for the price point. Farther from the beach and town but not too far. Typically Hard to find a nice clean place with pool and kitchenette for this price that is charming and this fits it. Free towel, umbrella, chair rentals. Free bike rentals.

Just what we needed for our stay! Off the beaten path but close enough that you can still walk everywhere. Tiny little room but everything we needed. They provide earplugs which is perfect because there’s a very talkative rooster and some construction nearby. They don’t officially do laundry, but if you ask them to they will - just give housekeeping a tip and they’ll take care of you. :)

First time staying here, and a great experience!! The rooms are well equiped, its two blocks away from the beach and all the entertainment its super close. The only detail happened on the third night, when several rooms went out of gas and the people who liked warm water couldn't take a shower

Good airbnb, 10-15 minute walk to town or beaches. Clean room, everything you need, utensils, coffee maker, etc. good wifi. Pool is small, good for cooling off, not really for lounging around. Great roof top patio!! Lots of restaurants,bars and coffee shops nearby but you are far enough away not to be bothered by noise. There are a few local roosters and tropical birds you may hear in the a.m. but its all part of the experience.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was a good balance between a quieter location and easy walking access to the beach and dining / shops. The rooms have more charm than the average hotel. Sabrina, the manager, helped get us setup and a tenant who lives on location is otherwise around if anything is needed. Our family of 4 stayed in the 2-room apartment which was fun, it had a full kitchen, two baths, two bedrooms, and two nice outdoor patios, with the upper patio having a view of the ocean. At night there are lots of tropical animal sounds of insects, birds, etc. There is a small pool and large hot tub on site that can be kept cold during the hot season. We were there in August and it was very hot, so cooling off in the small pool was very relieving. The outdoor shower was nice for rinsing off after the beach. They also have some free beach towels, beach umbrellas, and bikes. The umbrella in particular is nice so we didn’t have to rent a table to be in the shade at the beach.

Sweet and comfortable! Relatively quiet except for the neighbor's rooster. The cigarette smoke below and above our room bothered me. Even though smoking was not permitted in the rooms, the other renters would smoke on their balcony and it would come into our room. That was unfortunate because it's a very charming place and the view from the roof is beautiful.

We stayed at several places in Sayulita and found this to fit our family needs very well. The location is in north Sayulita which is way quiter than main square, at night can even hear the monkeys. The walk to the beach is easy and less hairy than main streets. I found the bed comfortable. Kitchenette is very convenient for simple prep. There's a fruit and vegetable store nearby. Morning continental breakfast is simple but enough to get going. The cleaning woman is very nice and helped with laundry (do tip her nicely if you use the help). Only downsides are wifi is weak and unstable, and pool is small with no ledge for little kids. Overall a very good design for family and we extended our stay.
